For centuries men and women have earned their keep fishing the coastal waters. In addition to an endless supply of fish, those skilled in fishing have been known to pull forth treasure, and danger, from the deep.
In order to fish, you must not be mounted and you should be holding a Fishing Pole in one hand.
PvP vs PvM
All harvesting skills follow the PVP Mechanics rules.
- Players who forgo the blessing of peace will receive double the resources when harvesting compared to those who seek the blessing of peace.
Training
| 0 - 30: | Purchase training from a fisherman |
| 30 - 50: | Fish in shallow water by standing on the shore |
| 50 - 75: | Fish off of a dock, a few tiles from the shore. As your skill rises, fish a little bit further and further out. |
| 75 - 100: | The landlubbers are growing weary of your presence. Probably the smell. Buy a boat and head out to sea. |
There are no accelerated gain areas for harvesting skills. AFK macroing is perfectly legal, so accelerated gain areas were deemed unnecessary.
