Training

0 - 30:	Purchase training from a thief guildmaster.
30 - 50:	Find the thief's hideout in the Alexandria sewers and practice your stealing on one of the pickpocket dips.
50 - 80:	The dip cannot help you learn more than 50.0 stealing, so try to steal the guildmaster's statue instead.
80 - 100:	You're on your own now. Try stealing from a pack horse or something.
